Our products and services continue to improve through ideas from our clients. One request was to be able to maintain or upload their Forms/Reports for public access. Brilliant! There is a Forms Document Upload page that does this very thing. Within this page, you set up the Groups or Categories. Then under those, you add the documents (file), or you can also include a link to another website. You also have the ability to give it a title that you know the public would see.
A newly added feature is the Change Log. You do need to be logged into the Administration Login area to view it, but there are many things that you can learn. Database Updates will display when you did the last full update, from what database, what the program version was and what PDFs were used. You will also see when your last sales update was performed. If we host the maps, it will also show you the last time they were updated. There is also the Website Updates tab, which will show you the enhancements that are being made to your website and when they were done.
Lastly, another cool feature recently added was the auto-fill of the street name. The user simply needs to type at least 3 letters of the street name, and it will come up with a list of possible names for that area. The user can still override it by just pressing the Enter key, but now there is a unique list of possible street names for each county website.
